This commonly clears up not long after the whitening has concluded. In some cases it means holding up the whitening process or being proactive with other precautionary measures before you whiten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bad habits<\/strong> \u2013 Utilizing teeth as tools or gnawing on things (e.g., pens) may wear away tooth enamel as well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Teeth can become delicate for several causes ranging from trauma to dental disease.
